Once upon a time, Vedanshi discovered the mesmerising art of hula hooping. She was drawn to the movement, the rhythm, and the joy of it all. It didn't take long for her to realize that she had a natural talent for it.




With every online class she attended at hoopStar.Academy, Vedanshi's hooping skills improved. She learned new techniques and movements, and even choreographed her own routines. Her confidence grew as she showcased her talent to her friends and family.




Vedanshi's hooping journey was filled with proud achievements. She could now handle a hoop as big as 80cm, and even hooped continuously for 20-25 minutes. Her proudest moment was when she performed at a family gathering, shining bright like a hoopstar.



Not only did hula hooping enhance Vedanshi's physical strength, but it also brought about a positive impact on her personal growth and well-being. She grew happier, more confident, and even expanded her creativity.



Of course, there were some funny and memorable moments too. In the beginning, the hoop had flown to their heads, neck, and eyes, which made for a few comical mishaps. But that didn't stop Vedanshi from perfecting her skills and having fun.




Vedanshi's involvement with hula hooping has impacted her family in a positive way as well. They loved watching her hooping and even provided her with the support she needed to continue her journey.



Vedanshi's advice to other kids interested in hula hooping? "Just start it!" 




She found that hooping for at least 15 minutes every day brought about physical and mental benefits that were worth it.



And so, Vedanshi continued to grow and develop as a hooper, with the HoopStar Academy by her side. Her journey was filled with positivity, achievement, and most of all, joy.

Meet Priisha Chakraborty, a 9-year-old girl who discovered the joy of hula hooping in an unlikely place. While attending a kung fu class, Priisha was drawn to the colorful hoops she saw in the adjoining gym class. Instead of focusing on kung fu, she found herself completely captivated by the hoop and the fun, rhythmic movements it allowed her to create.


Priisha’s love for hooping quickly grew, and she began to develop her own choreography to the beats of her favorite music. With time and practice, she became more and more skilled, able to perform basic hopping with ease and even mastering more complex belly-hooping techniques.

Thanks to the guidance and support of the Hoopstar Academy, Priisha has achieved incredible success in hooping. In fact, she was named the first Hooper of the Month in January, and her video and photos were proudly shared on the <a href="https://hoopstar.academy">Hoopstar Academy’s</a> Facebook and Instagram pages. She even performed a solo dance on Republic Day, wowing everyone in attendance with her skills.


Beyond just honing her hooping abilities, Priisha’s involvement in the sport has had a profound impact on her personal growth. Prior to discovering hooping, she struggled to find physical activities she enjoyed and was gaining weight as a result. But with hooping, she found a form of exercise she truly loved, and it has helped her reduce her weight and gain confidence in her physical abilities.


For Priisha, hooping is more than just a fun activity – it has become a passion that brings her joy and fulfillment every day. And her dedication to the sport has also had a positive impact on her family, who take great pride in her accomplishments and are able to share in her joy through videos and social media.
